Veggie Packed Lunch Bowl:
1. Quinoa mixed with chopped garlic and paprika
2. Handful of spinach
3. 2 chopped spring onions
4. Sweetcorn
5. Roasted red pepper
6. Roasted carrot spears seasoned with paprika
7. Chopped green pepper
8. Drizzled with olive oil and sweet chilli sauce
9. All seasoned with salt and pepperBung it all in and viola!
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
