1) stir fry some veggies (i had a bag of california stir fry veggies in my freezer)
2) lay ur fav wrap (tomato, reg, wheat, ect) on a plate
3) spread ur fav hummus or dipping sauce on wrap
4) top spread with leafy greens of choice (i did spinach)
5) add stir fly veggies and what ever other toppings you want to add (aka meat)
6) sprinkle with ur fav cheesefold wrap at bottom and sides and then put it in your stir fry pan and cook both sides of the wrap and then eat it you’re welcome
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
