Breakfast: Frozen banana, peanut butter and flax seed smoothie.
Lunch: Falafel, houmus, spinach and coriander wraps.
Snacks: lotsa fruit and nuts!
Dinner: Spaghetti ariabiatta, stuffed portabello mushroom and roasted cauliflower & butternut squash.
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
