Ingredients:
¼ cup oats
2 Tbs sliced almonds
1 Tbs dessicated coconut
1 Tbs olive oil
1 ½ Tbs honey
Juice and zest from one orange
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbs chopped dried mango
2 Tbs raisinsSteps:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except for dried fruit in a small bowl. Grease a small baking sheet and pour mixture onto it. Bake for fifteen minutes, remove, stir in remaining dried fruit, and allow to cool for five minutes. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, non dairy milk, and/or yogurt!
