Then I had a stir fry omelet thing I made with veggies for that next breakfast. And last night I was very proud of. Grilled chicken with pan fried zucchini squash and onion and a small salad as side. :) aside from all the junk we eat before all thing we are starting to slowly get back to eating healthier again.
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
