Last week I spent way too much time making dinners when I really just wanted to sit down, so I’m going to use the crock pot more this week.
I was lucky to get the grocery shopping done today. Taking the kids to the store when we are all hungry and grouchy is never good.
Here’s the plan for this week.
Breakfasts:
eggs, coffee (with protein or cream)
(kids eat at school)
Lunches:
PB&J on rice cakes or corn tortillas
(they’ve been begging for PB&J)
mini sweet peppers and hummus
apples
yogurt with pumpkin flax granola
(adults get dinner leftovers)
Dinners:
Sunday - homemade primal pizza
Monday - one dish chicken fajitas
Tuesday - carnitas with cilantro lime slaw
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - easy roast beef with provolone, potatoes
Friday - breakfast for dinner (cinnamon waffles with the pancake recipe.. eggs…bacon…)
