Breakfast - Carrot, beetroot, raspberry, banana and flax seed smoothie.
Lunch - Just some veggie sticks and fruit and seeds :( The university had nothing apart from peri peri chicken or fries cooked in non-veggie oil 😭 Managed to grab some yummy coconut water though!
Dinner: Vegan fajita bowl with paprika rice, fajita roasted veggies, green lentils and beans, salsa and salad! Amazing!
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
