Attempted to make a sweet potato waffle this morning. Looks burnt but doesn’t taste burnt. Pretty good 😋 It’s crunchy on the outside but kind of chewy on the inside. So not fluffy and light but still tasty. I used ½ of a large steamed sweet potato, ½ a cup of potato starch, some cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
