Breakfast: Purple smoothie (blueberries, raspberries, apples, grapes and almond milk)
Lunch: nothing because we were out (naughty I know but everyone has them days)
Dinner: Roasted fajitas! With my homemade chunky guacamole of course!
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
