I bulk cook fajita peppers, rice, corn, and beans. The rest is easy! Put into lettuce cups, make “refried” beans by smashing with a fork & spreading across tostadas, or put on top of a bed greens and rice for your own “burrito bowl”! Homemade guacamole and hot sauce are the cherry on top :) xx
