Day 2Trying out the tea and reverse plank today. Tips I got off pinterst. Everyone should get a pinterst it’s a great helping tool on this journey. I find exercises, meditation, detoxification techniques, positive affirmations, and healthy recipes.
This detox tea is suppose to help with bloating and belly fat. It’s supposed to help with losing belly fat while also pairing it with workout routines that target the belly. I’m also try the reverse plank to help with core strength because I believe if you can withstand physical pain it can help take your mind away from any mental pain.
Motivation is a key factor in determining the success of any fitness regime. Set up some goals for yourself and get excited about those goals.
